Membership Permitted Number.

Each subscribing establishment (for example, a college, training centre, or company) is permitted a maximum of four (4) users under a single membership. This includes, but is not limited to, user accounts, connected devices, and named individual users.

Where an establishment requires access for more than four users, this must be agreed separately with Ethos Direct in writing, and will be subject to an additional fee. Any increase to the permitted number of users is considered on an individual basis and is not automatically included within the standard membership.

Membership Fees.

Annual Membership Fee is the annual fee payable by you to Ethos Direct for the purchased package. Once payment is received the Annual Membership Period is the 12-month period commencing on an Agreed Date and is non-refundable.

Monthly Membership Fee is the monthly fee payable by you to Ethos Direct for the purchased package. Once payment is received the Monthly Membership Period is the 1-month period commencing on payment received date and is non-refundable.

Ethos Direct reserves the right to suspend your access and use of the Ethos Direct content if you share a purchased link to an unauthorised email or fail to make any payment by its due date.

Membership Renewal.

Ethos Direct will contact the primary email owner two months before the Annual anniversary of the Effective Date to agree renewal.

Ethos Direct will continue to take the Monthly Membership Fee until either party wishes to discontinue.

Member Responsibilities.

Preparing and or setting up access, ensuring that equipment is suitable for the use of any package content including accessing the videos, slides, student activity worksheets and tutor notes.

Intellectual Property Rights. (IPR)

These resources and all materials are the intellectual property of Ethos Direct Ltd. IPR means throughout the world and afforded protection by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any portion of these materials is strictly prohibited.
